The poet and the scholar<p> With Binôme, the researcher becomes the object of study for a playwright who writes a play freely inspired by their encounter.</p><p> Following a unique 50-minute meeting with a scientist, a playwright writes a 30-minute play for three voices. This is then performed as a staged reading by a collective of actors and directors, accompanied by an original musical composition.</p><p> <strong>September 22nd at 7pm:</strong></p><p> Alex Lorette's Bleu océan was inspired by his meeting with hydrogeologist Konstantinos Chalikakis (Avignon University), who studies the impact of freshwater sources on coastal environments and therefore the freshwater/saltwater balance.</p><p> <strong>September 23 at 7 p.m. + School performance at 2:30 p.m.:</strong></p><p> Poto Poto by Magali Mougel following her meeting with geographer Marie-Christine Cormier-Salem (IRD) who studies local strategies in the face of globalization, particularly in coastal areas of the South and especially mangroves.<br><br> <strong>September 24th at 7pm:</strong></p><p> Collision(s) of Catherine Tinivella-Aeschimann following her meeting with Yasmine Amhis (CERN), particle physicist.</p><p> <strong>September 25th at 7pm:</strong></p><p> Martin is a fish created by Thomas Flahaut following his encounter with marine biologist Daniela Banaru (Aix-Marseille University/MIO), who collaborates with a chef to create recipes that utilize overrepresented or invasive fish species. This helps to balance fishing by reducing the pressure on overfished species.</p><p> <strong>December 2nd at 7pm:</strong></p><p> Alexis Fichet's statistical unconscious following his meeting with Stéphane Canu (INSA Rouen Normandie, LITIS) in charge of a mission in artificial intelligence.</p>
